Who we are

Rellvo is operated by The Ritz Plaza LLC (doing business as “Rellvo”). You can reach us at [privacy@rellvo.com].

What we collect

Only what you give us on the waitlist form: your email address, whether you're an app maker or a creator, a category, and a few optional details (for app makers: app name, URL, and a rough revenue band; for creators: main platform and handle). We also record basic technical data your browser sends (such as your user agent) for security and to reduce spam.

Why we collect it

To notify you about early access, gauge demand on each side of the marketplace, and tailor our launch. That's it.

How we use and share it

We do not sell your information and we do not use it for third-party advertising. We store waitlist entries in our database hosted on Cloudflare, and we may use a reputable email provider to contact you. We share information only as required by law or to protect our rights.

How long we keep it

Until launch and a reasonable period after, or until you ask us to remove you — whichever comes first.

Your choices

You can ask us to access or delete your waitlist information, or unsubscribe at any time, by emailing [privacy@rellvo.com]. Every email we send will include an unsubscribe link.

Changes

We may update this notice; the “last updated” date will reflect any change.
